everyone has his dreams, but not all these dreams can come true. people give up their dreams for this or that reason. those whose dreams become true have at least one thing in common, that is, they always hold fast to their dreams. marie curie, a famous scientist, has set a good example. in 1898, marie found a new element in the pitchblende. in order to prove her discovery, she must get it and show it to the world. then to get the new element became her dream and goal of her life. after four years' hard work and refinement of tons of pitchblende, marie and her hus-band at last saw the dim blue light of the new element -- radium. her dream had come true. there are many other examples. just around us, for instance, the athletes who gain the gold medals, the artists who are popular with the public, and even the students who enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation, are all dream-holders. hold fast to your dreams, no matter how big or small they are. the path to dreams may not be smooth and wide, even some sacrifices are needed, but hold on to the end, you ,sill find there is no greater happiness than making your dream come true.

子路在孔子的弟子中以政事著称。尤其以勇敢闻名。但子路小的时候家里很穷,长年靠吃粗粮野菜等度日。有一次,年老的父母想吃米饭,可是家里一点米也没有,怎么办?子路想到要是翻过几道山到亲戚家借点米,不就可以满足父母的这点要求了吗?于是,小小的子路翻山越岭走了十几里路,从亲戚家背回了一小袋米,看到父母吃上了香喷喷的米饭,子路忘记了疲劳。邻居们都夸子路是一个勇敢孝顺的好孩子。孝就是子女对父母的惦记,就是完全为父母着想,甚至不惜以生命去回报父母。人只有有了孝心,才会有责任感,使命感和善良的品质。东汉时的黄香,是历史上公认的孝亲的典范。黄香小时候,家境困难,10岁失去母亲,父亲多病。闷热的夏天,他在睡前用扇子赶打蚊子,扇凉父亲睡觉的床和枕头,以便让父亲早一点入睡;寒冷的冬夜,他先钻进冰冷的被窝,用自己的身体暖热被窝后才让父亲睡下;冬天,他穿不起棉袄,为了不让父亲伤心,他从不叫冷,表现出欢呼雀跃的样子,努力在家中造成一种欢乐的气氛,好让父亲宽心,早日康复。

所谓孝,是恭敬,是爱护,是孝养。谈到孝顺,一般人以为只要对自己的父母克尽奉养,就是孝顺了。事实上,禽畜尚且知道反哺,奉养父母只是孝顺最基本的一环,除了对父母尽孝之外,更要扩而充之,对宗族尽孝,甚至进一步扩大为对整个民族尽孝。因此我们说,现代意义上的孝,是爱心的表现,是对国家、亲人一种至真感情的流露,是人我之间应有的一份责任,是人伦之际的一种密切关系。孝维持了长幼有序,是父母子女世代相承的美德;孝是对生命的至诚感谢,更是无怨无悔的回馈报恩。为自己所爱是小孝,为家族亲人为中孝,为国家民族是大孝。因此,孝的意义,并不限于对父母的孝顺,应该从亲人做起,进而不独亲其亲,不独子其子的扩充至整个社会和国家。

正所谓长江后浪推前浪,一代更比一代强。现在的我们应该更要孝敬父母,更何况孝道是我们的悠久文化和传统美德,但事实好象有点相反,历史的宝贵财富并没有得到部分现代人的认同,甚至有的人还要父母来孝敬他们,在他们心中只有父母是天经地义要养他们,要为他们做牛做马的观念。只要自己逍遥快活就够了,把他人的苦难置之度外。但他们可否想过十月怀胎的痛苦和把一个小婴儿拉扯大的艰辛,难道这也能让人所忘却吗?如果这些都不能感化他们的铁石心肠,那他们只能得到社会的唾骂和抛弃。

as analysts have figured out, this trend of degradation mainly originated from faulty education. for decades, chinese schools simply infuse bookish knowledge to their students, whilst moral cultivation becomes a kind of formalism; on the other hand, children are naturally influenced by their family and other adults in the society, most of whom are too sophisticated to be considered as eligible moral models.

facing such disappointing condition, you may ask: how can things become better? as far as i am concerned, we must following these three steps. first of all: self-shaping. we should manage ourselves well, and try to shape our own morality as perfect as possible. the second step: family-shaping, which is to behave as the model for your children and improve their moral status through strict discipline. the third: organization-shaping. if you are leading people, such as being a manager or national president, you could reinforce your whole organizationsquo;s moral situation with policy and your own action. even if yousquo;re no leader, yousquo;ll have a positive impact on the society if only you manage yourself well and try to influence others as much as possible.

1. we are responsible for our own emotional life.

if we are to experience comfortable, nourishing relationships, we have to relinquish the idea that someone else can make us feel a certain way. if we hold another person responsible when we are upset, we surrender our power, which makes us less capable of creating the outcome we seek. if there is something that is lacking in one of your core relationships, cast off the role of victim and commit to creating the love you deserve.

2. healthy relationships are based upon a deep rooted conviction in equality.

ego-rooted relationships reinforce insecurities. when one person criticizes, demeans, or asserts authority over another, it may temporarily improve the self-esteem of one by lowering anothersquo;s, but this assumption of power is always vulnerable. relationships based upon mutual respect liberate energy that becomes available for creativity.

this principle is of particular importance when the relationship is between an adult and a child. it is essential for the parent to recognize the childsquo;s equality on the level of the soul. if this intention is present throughout childrensquo;s upbringing, they will develop a sense of dignity and respect that will serve them throughout their lives.

3. conscious communication builds nurturing relationships.

determine what you need and ask for it. teach the people in your family to identify their needs and express themselves in ways that increase the likelihood that their needs will be met.

show your children how to get needs met without resorting to emotional escalation. your behavior provides the most compelling lesson.

4. give what you seek.

human beings have four basic needs in a relationship: attention, affection, appreciation, and acceptance. we give attention by making eye contact. we express affection by connecting physically with sensitivity and permission. we demonstrate appreciation by telling and showing people that they add value to our lives. we provide acceptance by cultivating an internal conversation of recognizing ourselves in the other and the other in ourselves.

be generous with the people in your life and you will spontaneously see these expressions returning to you in kind. if you have children, shower them with attention, affection, appreciation, and acceptance and watch them flourish.

5. remember that life is short.

enjoy what you have. donsquo;t waste time indulging in petty grievances. we sometimes avoid healing our relationships, because we anticipate there will be plenty of time in the future. do what you can from your side to create peace now. free your heart from grievances and regrets now. do not allow your present to be trapped in the past.

作为一名公务人员我首先要做到主动性和适应性。新进入机关单位,面临的工作内容和工作环境都是新的,这就要求我学会主动适应,改变自己身上的缺点和不足,提升自身的业务素质来适应工作要求。俗话说弱者坐等机会、强者把握机会、智者创造机会,在工作中我也要充分发挥自己的主观能动性,主动向老同志学习,因为老同志都有着丰富的工作经验,这对于我尽快了解工作流程和熟悉业务内容有重要作用。同时我在做好本职工作的同时,也会主动帮助同事,主动承担重活、累活。

其次我会做好与领导、同事和群众的沟通工作。沟通是处理好人际关系的润滑剂和助推器。在工作生活中,我将始终保持谦逊的态度,对领导多请示、多汇报,以确保能正确领会领导意见,把工作做实做好;对同事多交流、多沟通,倾听同事对我工作的评价,以不断改善自我,提高业务水平;对群众则要多倾听、多了解,真正倾听民意,了解群众疾苦,为群众解决实际困难。

真正的友谊需要保持一定的距离,有距离才会有尊重;有尊重,友谊才会地久天长.

我自己从小就比较独立,爸妈也很少干涉我的私事,于是养成了我自由的性格。被束缚的感觉就像是一个完全透明的人,什么都给看的请清楚楚。我并不是对朋友自私而有意隐瞒什么,而是觉得没必要。朋友之间应该有共同点,也一定会有不相交的部分。难道一定要死死地捆在一起吗?

有些人一旦与人混熟了,就丢掉了分寸,进入了所谓不分彼此的境界,有的人不珍惜朋友的东西,久借不还或再随便借人,朋友不在不打个招呼就将人家的私人物件乱翻一气.........久而久之,朋友就会觉得你没有礼貌,为人太粗俗.有人喜欢用"亲密无间"这个词来形容要好的朋友,其实真的做到了"亲密无间"的程度,没有了距离,就势必侵入到别人的私人空间,给人造成不悦;没有了分寸,就会打一些看似小节的问题放到无关紧要的地位,可能会增加误会.

心理学家霍尔认为,人际交往中双方所保持的空间距离是人际关系的表现,研究发现,亲密关系的距离为18英寸,个人关系的距离一般为1.5~4英尺,社会关系一般为4~12英尺,公共关系的距离为12~25英尺。

其实,这种距离既是自尊,也是尊重他人。毕竟人是有思想的、独立的、完整的个体,同时也是有理性的、自私的动物。在这个私有的社会中,每个人都要获取自己的生存空间,为了这个私有的空间,人就要不断地去拼争。相距太近了,每个人的利益空间就相对狭小了,摩擦的机会也就多了,摩擦多了还会有朋友吗?如同一只可以养一两条鱼的缸偏要放进五六条鱼甚至更多,结果会怎样?

古人云:君子之交淡如水。留出友谊的距离就是给自己留出一个空间,也给对方留出一个空间,大家都有了自己的空间才会和谐相处,如同太阳、地球、月亮一样。

与人相处有时看的并不是你给对方的赠物有多少,这个不足以作为情谊的衡量标准,周恩来是我十分敬佩的一位,在西安事变爆发之时,接到命令赴西安与蒋谈判,出发前,朱德将伴随自己多年的一条毛毯赠给周恩来,供御寒之用。抗日战争爆发后,朱德奔赴前线,周恩来又将这条毛毯回赠给了朱德。一条毛毯,牢系着两位革命战友的深厚情谊,更显示了革命者以天下为己任的品德修养,越是平凡质朴的东西,越能体现那个年代结下的情谊,以此作为衡量的应是对真情的感悟与否。
